Tech MMA & Fitness Academy offers a wide range of class choices for every age and level. These include Kickboxing, Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA. Tech MMA & Fitness Academy is the area’s only official Joe Lewis Kickboxing school, and is the Official Virginia Representative of American Krav Maga.

The benefits of training in mixed styles of martial arts are similar to those achieved in any other form of exercise. A normal training session of most martial arts involves warming up, stretching, and practicing techniques. The exercise one gets from martial arts training improves balance, flexibility, stamina, core strength and posture. Weight loss is promoted through extended cardiovascular activity.
